All products sold by Zyphera are intended for research purposes only.


Due to quality control and safety requirements, we are generally unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped.

  4. Do not dispose of the item until instructed

  • store credit

5. Lost Shipments

 


If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may:

 

  • resend the order

  • provide store credit

  • issue a refund where appropriate

 


Shipping delays do not automatically qualify as lost shipments.
